Refund policy

We cannot accommodate any returns or exchanges that have been sent in the mail, unless the piece is defective. Glass is simply too fragile to risk damage in transit returning to us without us being able to guarantee it is properly packed. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All shipped items will be insured in the rare event of breakage occurring in transit

Refunds
In the event that glass is damaged when you receive it and we are processing your refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
